The warranty document "should" have a time period or related start and end  
date type information in the content of the warranty document - if it is  not 
found in the warranty document itself then I would recommend that the other  
contractual documents be reviewed. 
 
Remember - warranties are written to legally protect the rights and  remedies 
of the Warrantor NOT the Warranted.
