What are the minimum exhibits required for a pre-engineered rigid steel building shell and the concrete slab foundation only? The future plumbing (riser diagram) has been determined and included with the building and foundation plans in order to perform the under slab rough. The building and foundation plans are complete, meet the code, and signed and sealed by an engineer. We just want to get the shell under construction while working with the future occupant on his interior build-out requirements. All zoning and land use is approved.
