Can anyone recommend a good company that provides general liability to  
licensed builders at a reasonable rate. It seems that insurance companies only  
want to raise rates, but work is half of what it was last year. I really think  
the insurance companies are doing the same thing to the business that OPEC did  
to the economy. My policy expires in January and there is no way policies 
should  cost what they did 2 years ago when work was plentiful.
