Rule Hearing on the Proposed Glitch Code Changes to the 2007 Florida
Building Code
 
As a result of the glitch code changes approved at the October 2008
Commission meeting, staff compiled a draft Supplement to the 2007
Florida Building Code.  The draft Supplement encompasses all the glitch
code changes approved by the Florida Building Commission at their
October 2008 meeting.  The document can be found at the following link:

Written comments on the proposed Supplement are welcome and must be
submitted between November 14, 2008 and December 4, 2008, or at the
hearing.  All comments must be directed to Mo Madani or Betty Stevens.

The Hearing on Rule 9B-3.047 will take place December 10, 2008 at 8:30
am or as soon thereafter as the matter comes before the Commission in
accordance with its agenda, in the Embassy Suites Hotel at 3705 Spectrum
