MAKING MONEY IN THE FORECLOSED HOME MARKET
SEMINAR2: ADDRESSING CHINESE DRYWALL AND IAQ ISSUES
About the Seminar: .
SEMINAR 1:. It is not uncommon for foreclosure homes to sit vacant for
months to even years. Throughout this time, these homes may not have any
climate control. Consequently, without the proper climate controls moisture
intrusion from high relative humidity and chronic minor water leaks that are
neglected can cause serious mold growth and contamination. Many times the
mold contamination can go unnoticed until someone moves in. This workshop
will cover details about the nuances of foreclosed homes, the sensible
approach in capitalizing on the business opportunity.
SEMINAR 2: It has been reported that drywall between 2004-2006 from
certain areas in China can release sulfur-like odorous components. These
compounds can corrode air conditioning coils and other copper-bearing materials,
causing them to be replaced repeatedly. Drywall has been kept on sea barges
for months awaiting importation to the US. This drywall has a higher than
typical density and higher propensity to off gas sulfur compounds.
Educational Topic: Our focus will be on providing solid continuing
education, as usual. We will have Q&A, so you will have an opportunity to discuss
your own ideas and learn from your peers. You won’t want to miss this once
in lifetime seminar with the very architects of the new standard!!!
