(residential reroofs). We require a bare deck so that that the nailing can be verified (8d ring shank 6” and 6”etc.) we are located in 100 and 110 mph wind zone. We give a 2 hour window and are usually on site within the first 15 minutes of the requested window . Of course roofers tell us that “no other city or county is requiring this, they allow us to dry in and then they spot check” H.
