I think you should: # 1. Determine what type of stucco is on the  building.
                               2. Contact who sells this, or this "type" of 
stucco, who will  contact        their manufacturers (or  distributor's rep, 
who will surprisingly (especially now) be happy to meet  with you and your local 
product salesman at the job site to evaluate your  options and recommendat
ions to your owner/ client.
