This is to inform you that the two product approval Rule Adoption
Hearings on Rule 9B-72.090 and Rule 9B-72.180 will be held via telephone
conference call (Telephone Number: 888-808-6959 Code: 9221867) at 10:00
am on the 17th of February. You are welcome to provide comments on the
proposed revisions to the rules. The deadline for written comments is
February 23. The comments can either be emailed to the Commission staff,
Azhar.Khan at dca.state.fl.us, brought to the Product Approval Program
Oversight Committee meeting on February 2nd in Tampa or be presented at
the hearings itself. For more details information regarding the hearings
and the proposed rules, please see a see attached notices.
