Very, very good, comprehensive answer, Don, on operable windows w/ screen
requirements. Usually I would not even think, much less get involved with such
a question, except for the fact that you rightfully stated and reminded all
of us about local codes. We tend to spend a lot of time with the State Codes,
and assume if it meets State Code, we are ok. Local authorities can exceed
the State Codes, but not reduce or "un-enforce" them.
