Wow, this has been a very valuable discussion, information and reminders  
from Don, and now receiving more valuable information about "plan  design" for 
cross ventilation credits directly from our D.C.A., Ann Stanton.  Very useful 
and beneficial information stemming from a simple "window  screen question". 
 
I think Bob K.(you out there Bob?), would agree that this is a pretty good  
example of how he envisioned "Code Talk" should work.
 
Thank you all for sharing your knowledge (I am not moderator, although  
somehow I seem to feel that way, and this is not a coup attempt to take  over this 
forum. Heh, heh.
