[Florida Code Talk] Question on tenant separation and exit access

There are several factors that need to be looked at to give you a correct 
answer.
How far to the exit and occupancy load are a couple that come to mind.
Open your code book to chapter 10 sections 13 thru 18 and make certain you 
meet the criteria.
You won't neccesarily start at the beginning of 13 and go step by step till 
you make it thru 18.
Since 2 exits is the normal minimum try to find sections that allow one 
exit.
