It looks like the State of Florida is finally going to require home inspectors to be licensed, it said if you meet the qualifications for licensing, you would be grandfathered in, yet they don't say what the qualifications are and the woman at the DBPR call center has no idea what I am talking about..
 
Does anyone know what is involved with getting the license?
 
I do the occasional home inspection, and I have a Certified Building contractors License, Certified A/C Contractors License and will soon have my License number for certified Plumber issued.
