Evening All, I was discussing the issue of workers comp coverage or exemption with a potential sub the other day and he made a statement I'd like to get thoughts on. He said he was only required to have coverage or exemption if he's working for a contractor not if he's working directly for the homeowner. Has anyone ever heard of such a thing and if so where's the reference. I was looking to find a reference to the contrary (i.e. that you have to have it even when working directly for a homeowner or the homeowner has to carry it on them) but can't locate that either. Thanks, Ken -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL: http://myfloridacode.com/pipermail/codetalk/attachments/20090718/c062be95/attachment.html
