[Florida Code Talk] Workers Comp Coverage/Exemption

Just because no-one is checking for the workers comp doesn't mean that it 
isn't required.
Those previous homeowners left themselves wide open for a major lawsuit if 
someone got hurt while working on their job.  The only persons on the 
owner-builder jobs that do not have to have either workers comp or 
registered exemption are the owner himself and any un-paid volunteers. 
Volunteers would be covered under the owners general liability coverage.
