To those interested in Product Approval issues: The agenda for the
August 10, 2009 Product Approval Program Oversight Committee has been
posted on the Building Code Information System (BCIS). This is also to
let you know that the list of comments received regarding the proposed
revision to Rule 9B-72.100 are now posted on the Commission agenda and
available at the link below. The comments will be reviewed and
considered by the Commission, August 11 during the Commission Plenary
