Muvico Theaters Cocowalk Requirement: Vertical accessibility to all rows of seats in a stadium type movie theater. Action: Deferred to August meeting at the request of the applicant. 2. United Way of the Big Bend. Requirement: Vertical accessibility to the second floor of an office building. Action: Recommended approval. 3. The Palms Hotel and Spa. Requirement: Vertical accessibility to the front entrance of a historic building. Action: Recommended approval. 4. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Station #64 Requirement: Vertical accessibility to the second floor of a fire station an accessibility to firefighters' toilet rooms.
