UPDATE: This is to inform you that a Supplement to the list of
applications pending Product Approval Program Oversight Committee (PA
POC) review at the April 2 meeting is now posted on the website. The
Supplement consists of few products that were complete by the deadline
and due to an oversight were not included in the published list.
Comments on the original list and the Supplement must be emailed to the
Product Approval Administrator, Mr. Ted Berman (ted at tedbermanllc.com),
by the deadline Noon, March 23, 2009. The comments must be made in
writing and must be technically substantiated using code references,
standards or rules. Please visit the following link to view the report:
