I am sure everyone is having problems with plans conforming to Chapter 13 (
Energy Code with glitch amd.) Not one plan, as submitted, has passed.
Chapter 13 does allow form 600A as well as method A (1100A-08). The 600A
form in the 2007 code is obsolete and the 2008 form is not out yet. I hope
everyone is multiplying the baseline times .85 for a true baseline. Not one
600A form has been filled out right yet in my jurisdiction.

Just checking to see how the transition to the 2007 edition of Florida
codes are going around the State.  We have been at it for over 2 months
now.  Anyone having problems?  (Other than having to deal with
unpublished "glitch" amendments.)  Any and all opinions will be
appreciated.  If you do not want to share your opinion with group, feel
