I was up too late last night when I wrote this email. I should have said 'I recently complete a real estate purchase* inspection' *When the electrician called me last Friday to discuss, his remedies and told me about removing non GFCI protected receptacles and I responded by calling the seller a cheap bast*@#, the seller was standing next to electrician and hear me. This should make for an interesting re-inspection tomorrow.
