Dear all interested parties:

 

The purpose of this email is to inform you that the effective date for
Rule 9B-3.047 which adopts by reference the glitch code changes to the
2007 Florida Building Code as approved by the Florida Building
Commission June 9, 2009 including the 2008 National Electrical Code
(NEC)  is October 1, 2009.  The glitch code changes are posted at the
link below and titled "2nd 2009 Supplement - effective October 1, 2009".
