This is to inform you that the list of applications pending Florida
Building Commission Approval is now posted on the website for public
comments. Comments must be emailed to the Product Approval
Administrator, Mr. Ted Berman (ted at tedbermanllc.com) and copy
mo.madani at dca.state.fl.us), by the deadline September 28, 2009. The
comments must be made in writing and must be technically substantiated
using code references, standards or rules. Please visit the following

Documentation for a particular application can be searched via the
corresponding FL# or "ID" as it is stated on the report at the following

Also, there will be a Workshop on the proposed revision to Rule
9B-72.130 to limit the number of products within and application to 150
and other changes to the form. This information can be found on the
