I don't think that drywall on backside is needed IF draftstopping is provided

  Re: Framing wood interior walls at insulated steel building perimeter walls; would there be any requirement (or benefit) to install drywall on both sides of the wood framed wall?. The exterior steel wall has insulated vapor barrier.
