[Florida Code Talk] The recovery contractor

  1. When the contractor who pulled the permit to build a house is 
subsequently fired after abandoning the job, is the potential recovery 
contractor held responsible for the first guy's mistakes if he comes in 
to finish the job?
2.  If one of the mistakes is that the house is not situated on the 
property correctly, and extra costs are involved in allowing it to stay 
there, can the first contractor be charged for the extra costs by the 
second contractor?
3.  Must the homeowner allow the first contractor to fix his errors if 
he abandons the job or is fired for cause?
