More utilities in the floodplain issues. 

 

1.)    SFR in AE zone detached outside kitchen below BFE by pool with
countertop height walls only no roof not a structure. Travertine tile on
wonder board tile backer on stainless steel studs. Utilities allowed?
Gas, electric, plumbing( as long as it is designed to prevent the
intrusion of flood waters)? 

2.)    SFR in AE or VE hose bib allowed below BFE? Attached to
structure/column or not attached? 

3.)    Any building AE or VE exterior sink attached to structure? If VE
to columns or piers? Allowed?

Thank you for your help. We keep running into these quirky little
requests. We get different answers from different places so a little
clarification here would be appreciated.
