ANSI/TIA/EIA 222  will give you the same kind of information that ASCE7 gives you.

In other words it will give you the information needed to calculate the forces on the antenna.
Then you have to calculate the worst case wind load on the guy wires and the forces being transfered to the tiedown foundation.
Then calculate what size and strength the guy wire needs to be and how big the foundation needs to be.
If the tower isn't a standard manufactured product then the stresses in the chords and webs and their connections needs to be checked.

Sounds like a job for an engineer,

  Anyone had any dealings with ham radio antennas?  The only reference to antennas in the code is in FBC chapter 31.  Does everyone require them to have sign and sealed plans?  This one will be erected next to a SFR.  Thanks for the help in advance.
