For you out there that have been watching this bill. It has some real  
scenarios in it.. II keep hearing that the E and O Insurance is available  and 
is $5,000.00, but no one is willing to show me  that.. I  have seen proof 
that the actual cost of the  Errors and Omissions is $27,000.00 and  the 
application to the insurance  company is a real nightmare to get. if in-fact it is 
available.. Will their  cost be passed on to the owner as part of doing 
business?????  Does any  body have proof or an insurance company that I can 
contact, so that I can see  what we will actually be in for. 

I guess if this mold bill goes into effect, there will be a lot of  
legitimate contracts out of business.
