Also, one other quick note on this. If the legislature circumvents the  
authority of the Florida Building Commission and removes the IRC fire  
sprinkler requirement, ISO will drop all building departments one  
BCEGS class. So, if your jurisdiction is a 4, it will drop to a 5 if  
everything else remains the same. Something else to look forward to  
for us and higher insurance rates for our citzens courtesy of the  
legislature.
