2010 Update to the Florida Building Code

The following is the meeting schedule for the technical advisory
committee meetings for consideration of the proposed code changes to
2009 I-Code as the foundation to the 2010 Florida Building code and the
Florida specific requirements currently existing within the 2007 FBC.

The technical advisory committees will consider the code change
proposals at the date, time, and location as provided below.   Please
see the table below.

The Special Occupancy Technical Advisory Committee will meet at 9:00 AM
on Thursday, July 15, 2010 in the Kelly Training Room in the Sadowski
Building at 2555 Shumard Oak Boulevard in Tallahassee, Florida. The

The Roofing Technical Advisory Committee will meet at 2:00 PM on Sunday,
August 8, 2010 and will continue to meet if needed at 8:00 AM on Monday,
August 9, 2010 in the Crowne Plaza Melbourne Oceanfront, Melbourne,

The Plumbing/Gas Technical Advisory Committee with the Swimming Pool
Subcommittee will meet 8:00 AM on Monday, August 9, 2010 in the Crowne

The Code Administration Technical Advisory Committee will meet at 1:00

August 10, 2010, and will continue to meet if needed at 8:00 AM on
