The Florida Department of Community Affairs has forwarded a Notice of
Proposed Rule for Rule 9B-60, the Building Energy Rating System, for
publication in the Florida Administrative Weekly on May 7, 2010. A copy
of the notice can be found at the web link below. The comments or
written hearing requests deadline is 21 days later on May 28, 2010. If
called, a hearing will take place in the Randall Kelley Training Room,
Sadowski Building, Tallahassee, Florida on June 14, 2010, at 10:00 a.m.
Please submit written comments using Form 300-2008 (see link below) or
written hearing requests by email to Ann Stanton at
